Our coated abrasive business was in 1978 as the first coated abrasive manufacturer in China and affiliated company of Sharpness Group who is the leader and professional in Abrasives business and relative products.
We have own plant located in Hubei province which is one of high potential city for worldwide investors because it is the city of Industrial Estate and closed to Wuhan Port.
We start to produce cutting /grinding wheel and diamond saw blade and polishing pads from 2005,these products are an important project for Sharpness to achieve transformation and upgrading and realize the goal of second decade of planing,Invested more than USD 10million to introduce a full set of high production equipment and related technology from Europe ,and matched robots from Japan,we are able to carry out the production automatically from mixing ,inspection and packing . All tech and quality control are same as EU standard . Since 2007, We start producing all type and size of Diamond Saw Blade with Cold Pressed / Hot Pressed / High Frequency Welding /Vacuum Brazed,. Laser Welding are unavailable from us. We also produce Diamond Polishing Pad for Marble/Granite polishing for wet Or dry application.
We have our in-house laboratory to improve and research new products to fulfill our markets and customer satisfaction with supportive of QC and technical service team in full range, so it can be ensured that our customer will have the highest standard in products and service.
